Clinton / Division – Then and Now

A Trendy Crossroads for Dining and Entertainment

The high-density SE neighborhood surrounding the intersection of 26th Ave and Clinton Street is a trendy crossroads for dining and entertainment with one of the most bike friendly vibes in the city.

We’ll start our exploration of this neighborhood across from the landmark Clinton Street Theater and continue through the neighborhood observing both the early 20th century Craftsman houses and early 21st century infill. Along the way we’ll see some excellent examples of “modernist” commercial and church architecture.

Parking is available on street in the neighborhood. Watch for us outside or just inside the cafe.
